Esler Named A Plant Superintendent For Brock Grain Systems’ Milford Facility

MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Steven Esler has been named a Plant Superintendent for Brock Grain Systems, according to Tim Moore, Plant Manager for the CTB Inc. business unit. In this position, Esler oversees day-to-day activities in fabrication, crimping and fan areas to meet established lead times.

Prior to his employment with CTB, Esler gained nearly 20 years of experience in plant and production management for manufacturing companies in which he was heavily involved in manufacturing processes, production schedules and other operational responsibilities. He has also worked as a product designer and engineer in related industries.

Esler graduated from Berks Technical Institute, Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, with an associate degree in mechanical and architectural design. He has earned multiple certifications, including in Lean enterprise.

He is a native of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Mishawaka, Indiana.
